Typical minimums are 250 km per day for cars and tempo travellers and 300 km for coaches — the vehicle is committed to you for the day whether you cover 80 km or 280 km. Tolls, parking and interstate taxes are stated separately in the quote so you can see exactly what each element costs.

No, and we would rather explain why than pretend otherwise. The same route costs different amounts depending on the season, the vehicle, whether it is a one-way drop or a round trip, and how many days the vehicle is held. A published rate would be wrong for most bookings. Send your dates and group size on WhatsApp and you will get a written quote, usually the same day.

Yes. The per-kilometre rate includes fuel and the driver. What sits outside it is tolls, parking, interstate permits and any entry taxes — all of which are listed in your quote before you commit, not added afterwards.

No. That is covered by the driver allowance already included in your quote. You should never be asked to hand cash to a driver for meals or a night halt — if that happens, please tell us.

For the October to March season, and especially for wedding dates, three to four months ahead. Outside the peak, two to four weeks is usually comfortable. Same-day and next-day bookings are often possible for cars and smaller vehicles — call rather than message if the trip is imminent.

Cancellation terms depend on the vehicle and how close to the date you cancel, and they are stated in your written quote before you pay anything. We would rather agree them upfront than have a difficult conversation later.

Our tour vehicles carry all-India tourist permits, so we can travel to any state. Interstate taxes for the states on your route are calculated and included in the quote in advance.

Yes, for corporate and any other booking that needs one, with trip-level detail. For clients who book regularly we can consolidate into a single monthly invoice.

Any journey that runs through the night carries two drivers. This is not negotiable and it is not an upsell — one driver covering Jodhpur to Delhi overnight is genuinely unsafe, and anyone offering it should be avoided.

We are based in Jodhpur and cover all of Rajasthan as our home territory. We regularly run trips into Gujarat, Delhi NCR, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab and Haryana, and our all-India permits mean we can go further if the trip calls for it.

You choose the vehicle type and class, and that is what you get. We cannot always guarantee a specific registration number, because a vehicle can come off the road for maintenance — but if we substitute, it will be the same class or better, and we will tell you before the trip rather than on the morning.

Our drivers on the main tourist routes have run them many times, and that local knowledge is worth more than any itinerary document — knowing which gate to drop at, where a coach can actually park near a crowded shrine, and which stretch of road is best avoided after dark.
