A Rajasthan wedding is rarely one event. It is an airport pickup on Tuesday, a mehendi across town on Thursday, a baraat that has to arrive at exactly the right moment, and eighty guests who all need to get back to four different hotels at one in the morning. We plan the whole week as one operation, with a single coordinator you can call, so nobody in your family spends the wedding managing drivers.

Common questions

How far in advance should we book wedding transport?

For a wedding in the November to February season, three to four months. Those dates are the busiest of the year in Jodhpur and the good vehicles are committed early. Off-season, four to six weeks is usually enough.

Can you decorate the baraat vehicle to our theme?

Yes. Share your colour palette and any reference images and we will arrange the floral work and drapes to match. Decoration is fitted the evening before so nothing is rushed on the day.

What if a function runs late?

They almost always do, and we plan for it. Wedding bookings are made on a per-day basis rather than by the hour, so a function running two hours over does not turn into a dispute at midnight.
