Weddings and pre-wedding shoots involve hours of preparation, outfit changes and touch-ups — usually somewhere inconvenient.
A vanity van gives the bride, groom or VIP guests a private, air-conditioned space at the venue itself, with a washroom, dressing table and lounge seating. For film and photo shoots it is the difference between a crew that keeps working and a crew that spends an hour finding somewhere to change.
What to sort, and when
- Three to four months out — lock the vintage car and the vanity van. These are the two items with the least availability.
- Six to eight weeks — confirm decoration, and check the vehicle can reach your venue. Some heritage properties have tight approaches.
- Two weeks — share the schedule, so the driver knows the full day rather than one trip.
